1. Enrollment and Payment

- 1.1 Enrollment: Enrollment in any course offered by Realty of America School requires the completion of the registration form and payment of the corresponding fees.

- 1.2 Payment: All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. Failure to do so may result in delayed access to course materials and resources.

2. Course Content and Schedule

- 2.1 Course Content: The course content includes but is not limited to, topics such as Introduction to Real Estate, Property Ownership, Agency Responsibilities, Contracts, Property Valuation, Financing, Transfer of Property, and Exam Preparation.

- 2.2 Course Schedule: The course schedule is designed to be completed in 8 weeks. Each week covers specific topics, with daily sessions and activities as outlined in the provided schedule.

3. Course Delivery

- 3.1 Online Format: All courses are delivered online in a self-paced format. Students are responsible for managing their own study schedules within the given timeframe.

- 3.2 Materials and Access: Students will receive access to all necessary course materials, including study guides, practice questions, and other resources upon enrollment.

4. Completion and Certification

- 4.1 Requirements: To successfully complete the course, students must fulfill all course requirements, including participation in scheduled activities, completion of practice exams, and any additional assignments.

- 4.2 Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion, which is necessary for meeting the DRE pre-license requirements and for preparation for the California Salesperson License Exam.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

- 5.1 Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

- 5.2 Cancellations: Students may cancel their enrollment within the refund period. After this period, cancellations will not result in a refund, but access to the course materials will be maintained for the duration of the course.

6. Intellectual Property

- 6.1 Course Materials: All course materials provided by Realty of America School are the intellectual property of the school and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

- 7.1 Behavior: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

- 7.2 Academic Integrity: Students must complete their own work and are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism or cheating will result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the course.

8. Limitation of Liability

- 8.1 Liability: Realty of America School is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the course materials or participation in the course. The school’s liability is limited to the amount of the course fee paid.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- 9.1 Modifications: Realty of America School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and will take effect immediately upon notification.
